Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of the First Amendment, Grant Agreement by and between the District and the City of Oakland, Oakland, CA, with the former accepting an additional $21,500.00 in City of Oakland Measure Z (2014 Oakland Public Safety and Services Violence Prevention Act) funding, [for the placement of students exiting the Juvenile Justice Transition Center (JJTC) into an Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) educational site or other educational institution and refer eligible youth to life coaching services, including the staffing of one Enrollment Coordinator], increasing the Grant not-to-exceed amount from $85,000.00 to $106,250.00, extending the term of the Grant from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 to September 30, 2023; revising Scope of Work, and Notices Sections, and other terms, as delineated, in Amendment, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and condition of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
