Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of PG&E Charge Schools and Parks Program Contract by and between the District and Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") stating terms and conditions for District's participation in the latter's Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Schools and Parks Program, as described in the California Public Utilities Commission or "CPUC", Decision Number 19-11-017 issued November 13, 2019, and as administered by PG&E, subject to satisfaction of the site specific contingencies' described in Contract, for location of a 3 ChargePoint CT 4000 (Dual Port) at 8000 Birch Street, Oakland, CA (District's Property), for an eight (8) year period from the date that the Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE) becomes operational, with the District paying a currently estimated cost of $98,304.00 (approximately $1,024/month) and receiving a rebate of approximately $39,315.00 over the term of the Contract, respectively.
