Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Service Agreement 2022-2023 by and between District and Marsha Rhynes, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Mentor Deliverables: For All Mentors: complete weekly interaction log to document mentoring time with new teacher(s); Complete all deliverables associated with mentor professional learning (i.e. pre-work for PD sessions, peer mentoring, and others as assigned; For Induction Mentors: facilitate, document, and support the successful completion of the ILP process for your Induction mentee(s); complete assessments of 1-2 ILPs submitted by Induction Teachers whom you did NOT mentor; For Intern Mentors: complete other duties/deliverables (usually very minimal) as assigned by the credential program in which a new teacher is enrolled in the District's New Teacher Support and Development (NTSD) Program, for up to an additional 150 hours not to exceed of $7,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $3,580.00 t...
