Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Community-Based Organization ("CBO") Master Contract Amendment FY 22-23 (No. 900322) (hereinafter referred to as "Procurement Contract No. 23647), including Exhibits A through F and O, by and between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, accepting/adding $1,642,167.00, for the latter to provide funding for District's Counseling-Enriched Special Day Class (CESDC) and Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS), in accordance with a student's Individual Education Programs (IEPs), via the Special Education Department, for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
