Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Higher Ground Neighborhood Development Corp, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide in-class support, gender specific behavioral skill building group rehabilitation, general supervision, contract staffing and preventive mentoring, each as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of August 8, 2022 through May 25, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
