Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and G & G Builders, Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter, due to unforeseen conditions, to provide additional construction services which includes demolition of asphalt, new asphalt paving and concrete rat slab installation, for the Burckhalter Elementary School Site Improvements Project, in the additional amount of $35,137.04, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $59,813.00 to $94,950.04. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
