Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Carter-Kelly Consulting/Lifepoint, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide consulting services to ethnically diverse emotionally disturbed students, in alignment with the Safe and Supportive Schools Plan, the OUSD Strategic Plan, and the Voluntary Resolution Plan under the supervision of the site principal and the District Region 1 Mental Health Program; work closely with students who are dealing with social and or emotional challenges; educating the students on how to tactically deal with their social and emotional issues at Oakland Technical High School, for the period of August 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $60,200.00.
