Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a 10-week dyad-based program with TK-K children of need and one caregiver per child wherein students are taught specific social-emotional, behavioral, academic, and social skills through didactic, collaborative, and play-based activities, with families receiving associated services, each, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Global Family Elementary School, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 3, 2022 through December 16, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $19,280.00.
