Title: Approval by the Board of Education of COVID-19 Addendum No. 2, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Services Master Contract 2021-22 by and between the District and Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., Columbia, MD, for the latter to provide Additional COVID testing and cont[r]act tracing personnel services, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $2,500,000 ($2,100,000.00 is a correction to Amendment No. 1 and $400,000.00 for Amendment No. 2), increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $2,100,000.00 to $4,600,000.00, via the Programs for Exceptional Children Department. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
