Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Student Program for Academic & Athletic Transitioning (SPAAT), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide service to 60 additional students addressing academic needs of at-risk students through tutoring, homework assistance, and preparation for college admissions, persistence and career transition, developing their academic and athletic talents, understanding the athletic recruiting process, and preparing for success in college and beyond, with or without sports, in an additional amount not to exceed $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00, via the Office of Equity, for the period of January 10, 2022 through May 27, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
