Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Special Inspection Services for Construction by and between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide continued inspection services because a number of manufacturers were not able to produce product to meet the original schedule, as described in the Proposal dated January 19, 2022, attached to this Amendment as a part of Exhibit A, for the Markham Elementary School Playmatting & Accessibility Project, in an additional amount of $21,000.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $36,100.00 to $57,100.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 19, 2021 to December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2022, (an additional 181 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
