Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide following amended services: Amendment is needed to include asbestos and lead survey and report for additional buildings on the school campus, as described in the Proposal dated January 13, 2022, attached as Exhibit A of Agreement, for the Claremont Middle School Multi-Purpose Room Project, in an additional amount of $16,775.00, which includes a $1,525.00 contingency for additional services, increasing Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $7,260.00 to $24,035.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from December 2, 2021 through January 31, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
