Ratification by the Board of Education of Standard Student Data Privacy Agreement by and between the District and UnaMesa Association dba InPlay, Palo Alto, CA, describing the duties and responsibilities of the latter to protect Student Data including compliance with all applicable federal, state and local privacy laws, transmitted to it from the District pursuant to the Service Agreement, between the Parties, for the duration of the Service Agreement or so long as InPlay maintains any Student Data of the District.
