Title: Approval by the Board of Education of the In Lieu of Proposition 39 Facilities Use Agreement by and between the District and Francophone Charter School, for use of the Toler Heights Campus, for a two-year term, July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, as specified in the Agreement: * for 7,422 square feet: 2022-23 Proposition 39 per square foot rate during the 2022-23 Fiscal Year*++; and 1.05 times the 2023-24 Proposition 39 per square foot rate during the 2023-24 Fiscal Year++. _____ *Anticipated revenue to the District of $35,922.00 in 2022-23. ++District may adjust the Use Fee based on changes in Districtwide maintenance and operations costs if District provides routine repair, cleaning, and general maintenance of the Premises as described in Section 14 (Maintenance) of this Agreement.
