Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Services Master Contract 2021-22 by and between the District and The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, Newport Beach, CA, for the latter to provide one additional category of staff to support with COVID testing, via the Programs for Exceptional Children Department, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $120,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $2,400,000.00 to $2,520,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
