Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Services Master Contract 2021-22 by and between the District and RO HEALTH, INC., Seattle, WA, for the latter to provide three additional categories of staff to support with COVID testing, via the Programs for Exceptional Children Department, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in the additional amount of $1,000,000, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $500,000.00 to $1,500,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
