Title: Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2122-0114 - Approving Amendment No. 1, Contract No. CSPP-1021-01, FY 2021-22, California State Preschool Program (CSPP), Project No. 01-6125-00-1 by and between the California Department of Education and the District, for said program operated by the Early Childhood Education Department, increasing the potential Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) by $632,001.00, from $12,544,193.00 to $13,176,194.00, increasing minimum Child Days of Enrollment (CDE) Requirement from 234,866.0 to 237,709.0, with Minimum Days of Operation (MDO) Requirement remaining at 240 (no change) and with the Maximum Rate per child day of enrollment amended from $53.41 to $55.43. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
