Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Design For Equity, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter, over a ten (10) month period, in consultation with the school site team, to provide transformative professional learning experiences to the facility and staff to build individual and group capacity to interrupt and change inequitable teaching practices, policies and structures and shift the culture of the school toward creating greater racial equity and belonging, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Madison Park Academy (Upper Campus), for the period of August 11, 2021 through May 11, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
