Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Nadja Conway, San Jose, CA, for the latter to act as a Teaching Performance Assessment (TPA) Coordinator for potentially 100-150 District teachers, facilitating a 10-week course for EdTPA and CalTPA, providing individualized TPA coaching, holding regular office hours, and conducting ongoing case management to ensure that the teachers on her TPA caseload are on track to complete and pass the TPA in a timely manner, via Talent/Human Resources Department, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
