Ratification by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Rook Electric, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following repair services, replace existing wiring with Cat6e, replace analog cameras with new IP Dome cameras, reuse existing conduit, connect the new IP cameras to the nearest IDF, use existing data ports and switches, with service including all work described in the August 19, 2021, Proposal attached to Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $47,380.00, which includes a contingency of $6,180.00, with work anticipated to commence on August 30, 2021, and scheduled to last for three hundred four (304) days, with an anticipated ending of June 30, 2022.
