Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Joanne Yang, Cypress, CA, for the latter to support the Health and Wellness Unit with the design and implementation of key projects, including COVID testing, vaccine outreach, and staff wellness; create training materials, coordinate and train vaccine outreach volunteers, compile and analyze vaccination data, develop outreach materials for COVID vaccines and testing, maintain updated vaccine information on OUSD Family Central, identify sites based on County data and submit requests to Alameda County for vaccine pop-ups on District campuses, and update and develop staff wellness resources, communications, and staff wellness champion training materials for the 2021-2022 school year, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 5, 2021 through August 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $9,600.00.
