Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.3, Independent Consultant Agreement by and between the District and KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspections services according to the DSA requirements, as described in the proposal dated July 22, 2021 attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $78,430.00, which includes a contingency of $7,130.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,368,500.00 to $1,446,930.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
