Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Lease Leaseback by and between the District and Overaa/Tulum/Eclipse, Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide Preconstruction services performed by the General Contractor and for interest that is required for the Lease Payments but was not included in the GMP*, for the Foster the Center Project, in an additional amount of $270,031.69, and including total amount from Change Order No 5, $519,015.06, increasing contract price from $50,551,133.91 to $51,450,180.66, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Contractor. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. ___ *The Pre-Construction Services is not construction work. It is assistance with negotiating with all the impacted vendors from Phase I (which was ended by OUSD) and assisting with value-engineering before finalizing the GMP
