Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and Nor-Cal Moving Services, Hayward, CA, for the latter to provide continued moving services, for the Fremont High School Library Relocation Project, in an additional amount of $26,501.20, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $29,988.00 to $56,489.20, and extending the term of the Agreement from February 25, 2021 to August 4, 2021 to January 31, 2022 (an additional 180 calendar days), and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
