Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and UnaMesa Association dba InPlay, San Mateo, CA, for the latter to develop numerous additional reports and views, develop separate tools for Bridge programs, produce files to assist with necessary updates in AERIES records, make student data editable via Summer Learning registration tool, and develop process for notifying District and lead agency staff of changes to student data for the period of December 01, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in the additional amount of $17,054.00, increasing the Agreement from a not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $47,054.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
