Presentation to and discussion by LCAP - Parent Advisory Committee of OUSD Senior Leadership Team Priorities for Covid-Relief and Local Control & Accountability Plan (LCAP) Investments:
→ Instructions for Selecting Breakout Groups (10 minutes)
→ Overview of Engagement and Prioritization Process to Date (10 minutes)
→ Overview Types of Investments Prioritized by the OUSD Senior Leadership Team and Orientation to the Main Document for Discussion in Breakout Groups (10 minutes)
→ First Breakout Group-Goal 2 (Targeted Supports for Focal Student Groups) (40 minutes)
• Review the priority investments identified by the Senior Leadership Team under Goal 2 and their alignment with the investments for this goal suggested by the various stakeholder groups.
• Take a poll indicating the level of agreement with the prioritized investments on a scale of 1 to 5.
Second Breakout Group-Participants will choose from one of two areas: (40 minutes)
Goal 1 (College, Career, and Community Readiness) or Goal 3 (Student and Family Engagement)
• Review the priority investments identified by the Senior Leadership Team under Goals 1 or 3, and their alignment with the investments suggested by the various stakeholder groups for the goal.
• Take a poll indicating the level of agreement with the prioritized investments on a scale of 1 to 5.
