Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1,  Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Moira De Nike, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide documentation and follow-up from meetings with the District’s School Safety Design teams; review the best practices other districts are using to advance school safety, analyze relevant data sources, and coordinate with District leadership and other consultants on an implementation plan and budget; will, upon completion of the Safety Plan, develop a Plan for evaluating the implementation of the Safety Plan and/or monitoring progress toward goals identified through the planning process, with the latter including  a logic model, as well as strategies to assess process and outcome measures, including but not limited to school climate indicators and stakeholder satisfaction, for the period of September 01, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $30,000.00 to $35,000.00.  All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
