Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Springboard Collaborative, Philadelphia, PA, for the latter to close the literacy gap by closing the gap between home and school, by offering best-in-class literacy offerings combined with personalized instruction for pre-K through third graders; workshops training parents to reach reading at home, and professional development for teachers, at Emerson Elementary School, for the period of January 10, 2021 through March 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.
