Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Idris Dot Solutions LLC, South San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 2-30 minute Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) workshops, focused on 3D Printing, Laboratory Robotics, and Software Engineering on Tuesdays for students in 6th through 8th grade in a period of 19 weeks, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Parker Elementary School, for the period of January 12, 2021 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00.
