Approval by the Board of Education of Memorandum of Agreement between the District and Cypress Mandela Training Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a five-week paid Pre-Apprenticeship Program, in the construction trades, with a curriculum that includes Basic Project Estimating, Construction Elements, Project Management, Construction Tools and Proper Usage, Resume Writing, Nutrition, and Soft Skills (Interview), for up to thirty (30) high school students, under the supervision of the training staff, for the period of June 16, 2021 through July 23, 2021, via the High School Linked Learning Office, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
