Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Adventure Time, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide in-person learning support - including but not limited to support with accessing technology, facilitating access to classroom Zoom sessions, motivating students to complete work, providing one-to-one mentoring or encouragement, and connecting with supplemental services if needed, and other supports as directed by District - for students in K-5 at Chabot, Crocker Highlands, Hillcrest, Montclair and Thornhill Schools, via the Chief Academic Officer, for the period of March 22, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $130,000.00.
