Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Luna Dance Institute, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to teach synchronistic Zoom classes to special education and general education classes grades kindergarten through second grade per teacher participant interest, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Emerson Elementary School, for the period of February 1, 2021 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
