Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Special Services - Asset Management and Real Property Service by and between District and Heafy Commercial, Inc., Oakland CA, revising the term from June 25, 2020, through December 31, 2020, to December 20, 2020, through June 30, 2021, and adding an additional services fee of $7,500.00 for services satisfactorily rendered, to the original fee of $7,500.00, for a not to exceed amount of $15,000.00, for asset management services and real property services related to former Piedmont Child Development Center and the former Webster Child Development Center, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign said Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
