Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter, among other programs and services, to provide additional COVID-19 related services, through its Safety Lead, Jason Peters, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in the additional amount of $5,290.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $95,488.00 to $100,778.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
