Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Mycelium Youth Network, Oakland, CA, for the latter in Spring 2021 to provide science education support for 84 students to enhance on-track graduation and college readiness, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at MetWest High School, for the period of January 19, 2021 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
