Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Girls Inc. of Alameda County, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as lead agency that will be responsible for supporting the literacy development needs of the lowest performing students; activities include tutoring and/or homework assistance in groups and one on one designed to help students meet state standards in Reading and in Mathematics, and as further delineated in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Acorn Woodland Elementary School, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
