Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its Power of Play and Group Management 1 Program, a six-hour professional development course for TK-5 teachers that introduces the importance of play and lays the foundation for creating a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for youth during Distance Learning, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita Community Elementary School, for the period of February 8, 2021 through May 21, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
