Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Gould Evans, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide architectural and engineering services, which includes program & scope assessment documents, schematic design drawings, design development drawing, detailed construction drawings and construction administration and closeout for the Laurel Child Development Center Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $794,100.00 for Basic Services, which includes a $50,000.00 contingency, and additionally a not-to-exceed amount of $15,000.00 for reimbursable expenses, as the selected Architect, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Architect with work scheduled to commence on December 10, 2020, and scheduled to last until December 9, 2023, pursuant to the Agreement.
