Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter partner with the instructional team to provide one to one mentoring and small group instruction during personalized learning time, as described In the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though set forth at Urban Promise Academy, for the period of August 10, 2020 through May 27, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $49,000.00.
