Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional environmental services which consists of preparation of Supplemental Sampling Technical Memo (SSTM) and supplemental soil sampling at Increments 3 and 4, per the direction of the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), as described in Exhibit A hereto, for the Fremont New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $215,050.00, which includes a contingency fee of $19,550.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $396,517.00 to $611,567.00, extending period of Agreement from October 11, 2018 through December 31, 2020 to August 17, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
