Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Elena Pinsky, Piedmont, CA, for the latter to provide 648 hours of support to teachers in the zoom classroom and the actual classroom collaborating on activities that teach youth drug education, holistic health practices, how race, law, and politics influence rates of incarceration and exploitation of youth and provide additional services, including TUPE, as specified in Exhibit A attached hereto, in an amount not to exceed $25,920.00, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
