Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional site visits to witness fire alarm and intrusion alarm pre-and final testing for Increment 2, as described in proposal dated March 12, 2020, attached to this Amendment, as part of Exhibit A, for the Fremont New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $10,000.00, which includes a $5,250.00 contingency, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $76,430.00 to $86,430.00, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
