Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement between District and HERTZ Environmental, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and support District in maintaining compliance with the Construction General Permit ("General Permit"), Order No. 2009-0009-DWQ, adopted by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and enforced by the San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board (SFRWQCB), for stormwater runoff associated with construction activities, for the Cole Administration Center Project, in the amount of $25,500.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on August 13, 2020, and scheduled to last December 31, 2023, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said consultant.
