Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Competitively Bid - by and between District and Bay Construction Company ("Contractor"), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide installation services of replacing wooden planking with aluminum planking and aluminum mid-aside handrails on both of the football grandstands required by code, for the Skyline High School Grandstand Renovation Project, in the amount of $279,000.00, with a contingency of $10,000.00, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder with work scheduled to commence on June 25, 2020, and scheduled to last for One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days, concluding October 23, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement.
