Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services between the District with Well Put Together, Oakland CA, for the latter to continue to provide Project Management Services, including coordinating activities of goals or objectives for the District projects, as described in proposal dated April 1,2020 attached to this Amendment, as a part of Exhibit A, for the Facilities Planning & Management Project, in an additional amount of $187,200.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $302,400.00 to $489,600.00, extending the term of the agreement of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
