Approval by the Board of Education of Addendum No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to offer grade 6-8, 19 programming days during Summer 2020, Monday through Friday, every school day, from 12:00 p.m. to 3 p.m., as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Bret Harte Middle School Summer School Hub, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, in the additional amount of $22,230.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $180,518.00 to $202,740.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
