Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Kristin Loo, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the redesign of system and implementation of training, building necessary partnerships and overseeing overall functioning of certain pieces of new staff orientation to include a system to organize, track, sign-out and monitor key distribution, as well as tracking of staff parking passes, new staff ID's, etc., for the period of July 01, 2019 through June 30, 2020, in the additional amount of $35,000.00, increasing the Contract from $40,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
