Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Engineering Services between the District with Consolidated Laboratories, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional geotechnical engineering services to include field exploration site specific ground motion analysis hazards study, for the Cole Administration Center Project, in an additional amount of $18,700.00, which includes a $5,000.00 contingency, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $71,500.00 to $90,200.00, extending time of Agreement by 1,095 days, from October 24, 2019 through December 20, 2020 to December 31, 2023, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
