Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Usell Divine Copeland, Antioch, CA, for the latter to provide 12 hours per week of positive behavioral intervention and support to a caseload of up to 10 students; utilize the Tier II Check-in/Check-out mentoring model with each student to assist in setting and achieving goals for both academic and social emotional learning; work with identified students utilizing various modalities aligned with distance learning; and be in regular contact with grade level teachers and the COST team to coordinate care and address barriers to learning, via Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of February 3, 2020 through June 5, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $7,140.00 and COVID Amendment thereto.
