Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement between the District and Bay Alarm, Concord, CA, for the latter to continue to provide burglary alarm response and outside patrol services, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, as delineated in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional amount of $180,000.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $45,000.00 to $225,000.00, extending term of Agreement from April 1, 2020 thru June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021 and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Vendor. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
